This is a recently refurbished 85m2 six person ground floor apartment (traditional timber interior), newly equipped to a high standard with dishwasher, all new electrical appliances, TV, video and music system.

The apartment comprises:
3 bedrooms each with twin beds
2 bed settees in the living room
Large kitchen
Separate WC
Large ski locker

The living/dining room doors open onto a south facing patio where you can soak up the sun and enjoy magnificent views of Mont Blanc in a quiet, private cul-de-sac. Yet you are also only five minutes walk from the central square of Chamonix, ten minutes walk from the Brevent ski slopes and five minutes from the bus stop where free bus transfers to all the valley\'s ski areas await.

Unlimited hot water, electric heating and car parking are all included.

The only extra costs, which are optional, are linen and cleaning. Linen costs €20 for each single bed and €30 for the doubles. Towels are included. The cleaning of the apartment will cost €75.

We also take a €200/£200 damage deposit on arrival which is given back when you leave.
