Majestic Palais
Rating:   This is a very high quality one bedroom apartment in one of the most sought after locations in Chamonix. The Majestic Palais is a former Grand Hotel with high ceilings, wide corridors and beautiful gardens. The property is a 60 square meter open plan apartment with the living room opening into the bedroom which can be closed off for some more privacy. There are 2 balconies, one in the bedroom and one in the living area with views up to the Brevent ski area. There is a large screen TV, DVD player and free Wi-Fi available for use. The kitchen has a fridge, four ring cooker, microwave/oven/grill. The bathroom includes a dual bath/shower unit with unlimited hot water. This is a 5th floor apartment with lift access and is only a five minute walk from the Brevent ski lift and a one minute walk from the bus stop to get free transfers to go to all the ski areas. It is also just 2 minutes walk from the shops, bars and restaurants of Chamonix centre. The Ski Locker is located just outside the door of the apartment. There is outside parking available in the private Majestic carpark. The only extra costs, which are optional, are linen and cleaning. Linen costs €30 for each double set of linen. Towels are included with the linen. The cleaning of the apartment will cost €60. We also take a €200/£200 damage deposit by PayPal when you book and return it to you about a week after you check out.
